The problem
Clinical paperwork is slow to write and varies from doctor to doctor, but every word of it is the doctor’s responsibility. Any AI in the process had to save time without ever having the final say.
What we built
A language model drafts the parts of a document that are mostly the same each time, using structured output and fixed settings so the same input gives the same draft. Patient names stay out of the prompts. Where a person has already checked a standard text, that version is used instead of an AI draft. The doctor reviews, edits and signs, and nothing is final until they do.
Our part
Our engineers work as contract developers in the client’s engineering team and built these document workflows end to end, from the prompts to the sign-off. The client’s team owns the platform, the shared AI infrastructure and its evaluation suite. The engagement is ongoing, so we’ve kept the details short.
