We build software that’s still running a year later
Codepire is a remote-first software studio. We design and build custom software, AI workflows, AI agents and mobile apps for product and operations teams, and we stay accountable for them after launch.
Why we started Codepire
Before Codepire, we spent years as engineers inside other companies’ teams: a meal-kit business in the US, a smart-locker maker in the UK, a cybersecurity training company in Singapore, a university platform across Southern Africa and a healthcare software company. Launch was always the easy part. The expensive work came later, when an export outgrew the single job it ran in, or two people pressed the same payment button at once.
We started Codepire in January 2025 to build software that’s meant to be run, not just launched: a small first release on real data, tests and a runbook from the start, and a person approving anything an AI does that carries risk. We built the studio for companies that want senior engineers working on their problem directly, with no account managers in between.
Codepire is remote-first, and we’re used to working alongside teams from the US East Coast to Singapore. We take on a few projects at a time, so the engineers you talk to are the ones who build.
How we work
Ship the smallest loop that works
The first release does one real job on real data. Everything after that is earned by the first one being used.
A person signs off on what matters
AI drafts, sorts and checks. Decisions with money, legal or customer impact go to someone on your team until the data says otherwise.
Document like we’re leaving tomorrow
Every system ships with a runbook, architecture notes and tests, so your next engineer isn’t starting from zero.
You own all of it
Code, infrastructure, prompts and evaluation data sit in your accounts from the first commit.
